Your safety is our top priority, so we do not actually lock you in. You have the option to leave the escape room at any time if necessary.
Will other people be in the room with us?
All games are private (at no extra charge). You will not be paired with any other groups!
Can I add players to my existing reservation?
If you have an existing reservation and would like to add additional players, you can do so upon arrival. Please note the max amount of players allowed in your game. If you will be going over the maximum player number you will be required to reserve multiple games.
How do I make a reservation?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, which you can do using our online booking system. This is the easiest method, as you will be able to view all available times and fill out your own personal information. A Room minimum deposit is required to reserve a game.
Are tickets refundable?
No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.
How early should I get there?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. You are purchasing a ticket to a timed event. To be able to provide the best experience for you as well as future guests, all rooms must begin on time.
What do I need to bring?
We do not require you to bring anything along with you to your booking. Everything you need will be provided within the game area. Any food or beverages are prohibited.
Can I have my cell phone?
cell phones and cameras are prohibited once inside our escape games. we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos in the escape rooms. We will happily take photos for you once the game is complete.
Storage bins will be provided for all belongings.
is there an age requirement?
This is at your discretion. We advise that our games are designed for Players 10+. We will not limit any person from entering the Game unless it is specifically stated with an age minimum. Should you have specific questions or concerns feel free to contact us!
Can I schedule a time outside of the set game schedule?
Here at Escape Oshkosh we are always mindful of the busy lives and schedules of our Players. Please contact us with any specific questions or requests pertaining to scheduling and we will do our best to accommodate you!
